I'm bit surprise that your able to take commission from outside the United States. Because the whole paypal rule that added to it, because of government regulation to freeze accounts that do business and buy from overseas. Because they could freezes account from fifteen to fifty dollars or more for those transactions. I could commission you at later time for you since we both leave in United States. But doing anything outside of it is next to impossible.
