Still moving accounts and Artist Beware?

I am wondering if I should go about getting an artist beware on someone. But is it stupid to g about it over something free? I mean, I have contacted them and I keep getting excuses. I even said I would pay for shipping..
It is a free fursuit head, They deleted the post and everything, but I was smart and took screen captures of every comment. However, the notes I did not screen capture before I deleted everything sadly for all the excuses. I was being really nice and allowing them to take their time..
I mean yeah it is free and pre made, however, if they are going to take commissions I want to warn people of their failure to follow through with previous offers..
Thoughts? I can post a follow up journal with screenies if there is interest.
