Fursuit Archive's future

Since a few weeks, I am wondering about fursuit-archive's future : http://archive.fursuit.me/view/
This one is less and less used by Furs for differents reasons :
- No personnal account
- If you want to have pics/videos, you should ask me
- Few interactions (of course you can add a comment to a pic but there is no alert sent to the "owner")
- Many public galleries are available (facebook, flickr, etc...)
- Actual version is so web 1.0
- etc...
This leads me to think about evolution...
I should completely modify the fursuit archive (whole new website) with the following possibilities :
- Personnal account (registration forms)
- Public and private galleries
- Subfolders in private galleries
- Mass upload (zip file, multi-selection of files)
- Mass download of a folder
- Comments system
- Stores could be implemented
- HTML5 player (h264 format)
- Quota/account (to be discussed)
- Full website dedicated to photos/videos (PG13 only)
As you know FA/DeviantArt/Weasyl/etc are mostly dedicated to drawing, my goal is to provide an equivalent for photos/videos
This is a big project (I still have to convert hundreds of videos (.rm/.mov/.wmv to h264 format) using scripts) BUT it won't worth the try if no one is interested in it.

Maybe giving special first access to Con official photographers to get feedback from them would be a good start to find good ideas. They could put all their photoshoot pics in one place.
Enthusiast users would get more space by paying a small fee or even a kind of personal photo/video blog.
A public voting system would allow anyone to upload special content (furries in the medias, special pics at events) at no cost after a vote by the community of the content of the day, of the week or of the month. After the vote unwanted content would be deleted or just put on the person quota.
Of course, fursuit archive could be "connected" in some way to fursuit DB (to import, export pics easily) but also to TAG directly with full fursuit data in every pic in fursuit archive. Example : you upload a new pic and you have a search engine to find the fursuit (by name, species or any data from fursuit DB) and you can tag directly in the pic. Data can also be displayed along with EXIF data under the pic.
I am also considering different levels of users to allow official photographers to post without limitation in public galleries (/conventions/EF/2015/ for example)
Also, due to the cost of hosting (not at the moment but if in the future the gallery needs more space (actually ~1TB free)), I will need some help to rent a storage server (A 6*4TB server costs ~80€/month).
So I am also thinking of some sort of patreon or donations.
This kind of users will have more space, better ratios, more rights, etc...
ATM, every user will have a personal gallery with limited space (500MB or 1GB ?) and they can post their photos without administrator approval.
Also, every user can upload in public gallery BUT their photos have to be approved by an administrator
For the connection between fursuit archive and fursuit db, it is clearly a good idea (someone else also asked me this) but, I have to see this with Timduru. I do not own nor host it.
But, maybe it is possible to modify the tags to embedded an url to fursuit db.
The most important part is users should tag their photos to have a powerful search engine.
