A certain Internet forum has requested my (unpaid) services as a genuine Internet moderator. Well, it keeps my hands busy.
Bleu de Basque is good cheese. Why is Point Reyes Blue so unsatisfying?
Has the housing market crisis and global credit meltdown spelled the end of fast food restaurants staying open "Late" ? I just came back from walking 3 hours in the rain and I had to go to a bowling alley for food. I would have stopped much earlier if the supermarket had but a single fork to go with their ready-to-eat foods, or quite a bit earlier if either the Taco Bell or McDonald's catered to the late night walk-up customer.
And there are appearantly two types of corrugated steel plates in the sidewalk. One type is coated with a slip-resistant coating which I must highly praise, and the other type is not. At night, in the rain, empirical tests exist to readily distinguish them -- alas not from a distance.
