Paypal the troublesome child

Hello everyone!
I currently have some problems with paypal. I fact, I had for quite a while now.
Sometimes it works just fine, but most time it just decide to not accept money. I recieve the e-mail saying someone sent a payment, but it's just don't show on paypal and I can't finish the payment.
SO yeah, it's weird, I still haven't found the reason why this happens and how to resolve it.
If anyone has an idea on why this happens, and have a solution, help is welcome ;w;!
Unfortunately, I still have a lot of school work going on - a little less this week but still TOO MUCH WORK GDI - and no break aT ALL. - Also I'll have to find a job soon, haha adulthood joy -
I'll try to work as fast as I can, so I can open one or two slots for commissions - But I need to change the price sheet before too -

No it isn't, but I read it wasn't mandatory? and I'm far from reaching the money limits ;;
And yes, usually paypal send an alert so we can accept payment, but I don't recieve alert now
