Unfortunately our paypal had some issues with record keeping and emails were not saved, If you ordered and payed for a commission from me at ponycon nyc please contact me on here, via email or via FA with the amount you put down and what you ordered, so i can contact you. if I am not contacted by the end of the week you will be issued a full refund. I'm super sorry about this guys. paypal should have saved your emails but it didn't, we aren't sure why.
