By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
I. GENERAL TERMS.
Please write in a clear and kind manner.
Provide references or a drawing of the character you wish to commission with accurate details.
Not a wall of text.
Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
I have the right to decline your commission.
II. PAYMENT
All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
The currency accepting payments through paypal, you will have an invoice sent to you via email.
When the commission is completed you will be send a second invoice for the shipping as each plush must be weighed for accurate postage.
We accept payment in instalments up to 6 months but the work will not be started until payment is made full.
III. PROCESS
Commission may take anywhere from 1 week to 4 months depending on complexity, fabric availability and so on.
You will be sent at least one work in progress picture for approval.
If changes need to be made after the approval is given it may be subject to charge depending on the amount of extra work. If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.
Commission may be delayed due to a health issue, family emergency, or holiday, you will be notified. Thank you for your patience.
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
Please do not steal my patterns.
I have the right to re-use embroidery files and new patterns created in process of making commissions.
I do not have the right to re-create original characters for personal profit or use once original commission is completed.
I have the right to post the completed commission to my portfolio’s and social media as examples of my work.
The commissioner is allowed to;
The plush is theirs to resell, gift, post pictures of ,ect.
It is yours to do with as you please.
VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY/ABANDONMENT RULES
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
If you file a chargeback against me
You will be forbidden to ever commission me ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
Abandonment
If the commissioner fails to respond to messages/cannot be found/ does not make a payment for 2 consecutive months the commission will be considered abandoned.
I have the right to sell, destroy or repurpose abandoned works.
Commissioners who abandon their commissions will not receive a refund.
