I am in a state of complete happiness and bliss.

Why? Because  abando does that to you.

This is THE BEST, furcon in Brazil so far. And i think it would be the BEST Brazillian Furcon EVER.

Here is why this con is the best ever:

- The going to the con. It's a long ride from the bus station to the actual con location. This ride is kinda long but you can consider this the "beginning" of the con already. At this point people are already talking and bonding and figuring out who's who, and this is one of the best moments of the con: getting to know each other better.

- It had issues. I know, every con has issues but it's impacts were MINIMAL to the furs attending to the con. No one even noticed some bad stuff that happened.

- Events like this may put you in touch with very talented artists, such as  zeta-haru  mytigertail  ghostthewolf  wagnermutt  elranno  thatpuggy  carykaiba (well, she's my special someone so...)

- It encourages bonding and true friendships may emerge. Because for example abandists (term used to refer to abando's attendants) could go and explore some of the marvelous caves that are available on the site (Intervales). It's both awesome and dangerous and danger, in this context, enforces people to help each other and work togather, even if they aren't friends, and this may draw people close to each other.

- Romance. Because why not? I first met cary on Abando - 2011!, and this year i could see new significant relationships emerging (and i think this is very very adorable). And the ones that are in a long distant relationships can write new memories of happiness with their loved ones during this event.

- Pranks. This is a very sensitive subject for some abandists (me included). Because, i've been a bully victim until i was 22. Some of us, may take some pranks lightly, but others might get hurt (emotionally) but even though, you will always remember the good laugh you had out of them. I personally like to make people laugh, but only if there are no "victims". I prefer to make fun out of a situation than out of a person.

- Games and challanges. There are "lighter" activities for the ones that aren't "fit" enough for the activities that may require a better physical preparation. Since this is my 4th time going to the event, i prefered to attend to those, because... well i'm in an "unfit" moment right now >//w//<.

- Goodies! you get a shirt, a mug, this and that that come in handy during the con and after.

- THE CONBOOK EXCHANGE. There's a moment during the con where abandists write on each other's conbook. I love this moment because every time i read my previous conbooks i remember stuff that happened. This kinda makes every single Abando memorable forever.

I encourage every single one of you watchers, to attend to this con at least ONCE. I ensure you, that you will have a GREAT time.
