Artist Wanted for Door Tag/Sign!

Hey, guys! My friend 
wants to get a custom door tag for FWA with all us roomies on it, the kind that hangs on the knob. He wants it to be toony, but not necessarily cartoony. Just real cute! Anybody know an artist whose style would work well for something like this, who's open for commissions?
