and i are going through.
feel free to give your two cents
Mayo has had a customer, i will not say names, that has been trying to force their money back through paypal.
now, let me ask you guys: if you ask for a quote from a fursuit maker, and agree to start payments for a suit, does that not mean that you agree to their terms and conditions?
this person states that since they didn't sign anything, that they cannot be accountable and therefore deserve their full amount of money paid, or that Mayo should ship them everything she has worked for so that they can have someone else claim the work.
this person, on top of already trying to force funds back through paypal and losing(paypal sided with mayo TWICE), is now attempting to have their bank think it was wrongfully charged, and the bank is trying to charge back through paypal.
additionally, this person now says that they only agreed to get a suit from Mayo out of pity, and to help her get her name out there. when this person wasn't even making payments on time, and wasn't even sending consistent amounts.
i, personally, will never work with this person again, nor will
and i've been really tempted to at least warn my friends, so that they never does this to anyone again.

"not signed" ?... well, I could say that agreeing on a quote is "agreeing to one's terms and conditions".. if not that, sending a payment clearly cements the deal..
Now you say paypal saw reason twice.. It is of good hope that they will speak with good reason to the bank and things will settle peacefully...
.....Bloddy rude... there, I said it.thanks! we hope it works out well too
