Is there a preferred/recommended account type for PayPal commissions? (My account type is Personal.)

What would be a good set price for each type of commission (especially when just starting out)?
What's the equivalent of dA points to dollars? (If you have a dA or are knowledgeable on the subject.)
What's a good setup for a commission journal? (I already have one, but I want to revamp/redo it.)
Is there a preferred/recommended amount of commission types I should show? (I have 13 commission types and 14 sub-categories.)
