omg AMEN. i HATE this i have had a lot of trouble with people lately hiding bids and or backing out. its so annoying.

hidden bids affect everyone negatively, seller and bidder!

its when you bid X amount in response to someone and then shortly after hide your comment with your bid because you changed your mind or cant actually afford it.

I imagine that this was in reference to me. I do apologize, I had an unexpected bill go through at the last minute and had to withdraw my bid. I should have notified you. I love your art and I hope you do not think of me poorly because of this.

This isn't directed at anyone in particular, just a general heads up since threre were three hidden bids on slot number 2 and i honestly dont know who did what and why since no one notified me beforehand. vwv;;;

Well 1 was from me because I bid at the same time as someone and they bid higher so I hid it to avoid confusion. >.< didn't mean to cause stress in the process...

Look, if you can afford it, buy it. If you can't, don't. If you don't have the money, don't bid. You can't buy babyfur art on credit.

I mean, let say someone has the highest bid and is about to end since past 2 days, then you're the second highest, you've already forgot of the bid and spend that money and the first one hide his comment, and now you're the highest bid, and now you can't pay.

So yeah, you're like "What?" and all the bid is taken as a joke. Everyone get their reputation ruined and etc, or IDK how others would see it LOL, but you get my point right? :U

I dont allow it at all. As the commissioner, it is your primary responsibility to make sure you can afford it BEFORE you bid. If you bid only.to suddenly remember youre an adult with bills that are due, welcome to.my blacklist. Should have checked first. Not my problem or responsibility.

I always make sure to make that very clear in any auction i hold...so farx its been a great deterrant of people like that and ive had no issues since.

Like with anything else in life if you cannot afford it , don't get it. Art is a luxury not a right and by hiding your bid without a reason your just wasting the artist time and getting there hopes up!

Yeah, it really sucks when people do this. I have experienced suddenly becoming the highest bidder again over five times... >.> And then I never get notified so most times I've already moved on to purchasing something else so it's always awkward and just disappointing because I could have bought that instead of this, etc. ;;

Include this message as a PSA at the start of the submission description of all your auctions; don't just link to it.

Hopefully people stop playing games on your auctions. :P

I hear you, I JUST made a journal last night because this happened to me....The highest bidder hid their bid, the other highest bidder spent their money after being out bid.....then the third highest bidder was actually the first highest bidder....The price of my YCH dropped a good bit because of it....
