Furry Fiesta 2015

Made it back from Furry Fiesta a couple days ago. The con itself was really quite fun. Got some time to hang around with friends and even got to catch up with a couple I hadn't expected to be there! Was an awesome surprise!
I probably spent most of my time in the dealers den and artists alley. There were so many pretty things~ I wanted to get all of them T_T buuut my wallet doesn't really allow for that XD And neither do my walls, apparently.
The fursuits there were something else though. I was quite impressed by some that I had come across. They were very nicely crafted and quite impressive.
I spent most of my time poking at the art track and fursuit track panels, though I did also attend the voice acting panel along with the audio for animation panels. Run by
BuckHopper, an audio engineer for 2K, the company probably best known for the Borderlands, Evolve, and their sports games, such as NBA 2K(insert year here), and such. The panels were very involved and quite fun. While I didn't do any voice acting myself, I certainly did have fun watching and will probably be attending the panel(s) again should it show up next year.
The only down side to the whole trip were the abysmal travel conditions...Flying down from Minnesota and all, the flights were delayed due to inclement weather. And on the way back up, flights were canceled, once again due to inclement weather conditions. Not that I'm complaining (Got to spend more time with friends) but I most certainly could have done with an extra day off from work instead of having to go straight in as soon as I landed.
All in all though, the con was a hell of a lot of fun and I certainly enjoyed myself. Looking forward to next year!
