Ladies and gentlemen, I don't know how many of you are trek fans, but if you are in any way, shape, or form, familiar with the cast of the original series. this news may well break your hearts..
Leonard Nimoy, better known to the trek community as Spock.. has passed.
A great man, actor, and inspiration has departed this world, and it saddens my heart to see that such a figurehead has left us.

I would've hoped he had passed away peacefully, but alas, that was not meant to be.
