So I started eating better which means eating less, and no fast food, and the first week was fine, but the day after that I wanted everything. Chinese,pizza,all you can eat anything, donuts, ice cream, uuuuuuu chipotles.
And I get into this mood that i'm annoyed because I cant get my way, but I try to keep that to myself but I know I do a terrible job at it. My hubby was feeling so bad about not getting me some egg mcmuffins he's just like "what do you want me to do...?". But i'm glad he didnt.
On the upside i've lost 7-8lbs which isnt alot considering how much I wanna loose, but i'm happy about that.
Once I hit my first 10lb goal i'm gonna get some fast food, then get back on it.
one I couldnt give up was my chocolates though, I still eat that!

still just keep at it hun. I'm sure you'll reach whatever target weight you want given time.

Just stick with it! The results are totally worth it--not just because of the weight loss, but when you eat better you'll feel less like garbage. Physically and emotionally. :0
