USPS being a Bitch
So, during the very busy holiday season we sent out everyones pledges of the indiegogo, and USPS happened to have lost half of the orders. They promised that they were going to give us back insurance money... wrong... later when we kept calling and asking about when we will be receiving the insurance money, now they changed the story telling us that we did not write the address's correctly. Uhm... how would they know that if they lost our packages? 0.o Now their trying to change the story so that they don't give us a our insurance money. x.x wtf?
Other than that, i wonder what happened to the lost packages? XD I wonder if someone opened one and was like... >.> wtf?

Whatever you do, don't piss off the postal workers, else all your post get destroyed. Try to buddy up with them, so they feel less threatened with you as they do their terrible job.
Before shipping the box, every modern postal service makes a small digital record of the package, including the addresses written on the package. If the records exist, that means they took the package of your hands to send it, so they cant deny they didn't ship them. Try getting copies of the USPS version of the addresses to double-check them with your records and clients.
If the address was stated wrong, shouldn't the package get returned to the sender, even with a fee? You did put the sender address correctly?
In the future, try contacting your clients once the order is done and negotiating on destination and shipping services. Some would gladly pay you extra for a better delivery service.
Your situation seems much worse in terms of their honesty and efforts, or lack thereof. I just hope it clears up in your favor.
