Macaroni and Big Cheese
Make some regular boxed (or use some of the newer microwaveable types) of macaroni and cheese.
Right before serving, while it's still real hot, toss in a slice of cheese and stir it in as it melts. This is best done while the pot is still on the stove, or if using a microwave, as soon as it stops cooking. Add another if you like (depending on the size of your serving).
Optional: Cook up some ground beef while you are cooking the macaroni, then stir it in too.
