Suicide Prevention.
A few days ago, someone I know committed suicide. If you had known this person, you'd think it strange that she would take her life. She had a loving family, was very active in her community, her church, and mission work, and had a number of patients that would sing her praises all day if they could. No one knows why she left us this way. As far as we know there was no note. Whatever reasons she had, she took them with her. I hope she found peace and comfort.
I'm not writing this for sympathy or attention. Rather, if you are feeling depressed and alone, as if there was no one in the world you could talk to, and are considering something drastic, I'm asking you to reconsider. I'm writing because I've been there before.
I've had a few instances where I felt I was being pushed into a dark spot I couldn't escape from. No way out and no light at the end of the tunnel. Thankfully, I was surrounded by people that loved me and reached out to me. And yet for a short period of time, I felt alone, even though I wasn't.
There are people you can talk to. We've all got friends and family or those we call our family. There is someone out there you can confide in. Reach out to a loved one, reach out to a professional ( www.suicidepreventionlifeline.… ). Give them a chance. Give yourself a chance.
God bless.

I'm sorry for your loss.
But seriously, it might be made for teens, but "the quiet place". It's awesome. And so are the other options on this site. http://thequietplaceproject.com/
