So for Valentines day I won a TCH commission from an artist, and was told it would be done before Valentine's Day. Now, on Valentine's Day, I sent the artist asking if the piece would be done soon. She had recently gotten a job, and was working a lot, so I understood that it might be late. She say, Thursday it would be done... It's still not done. It's been three weeks and I'm regretting giving this person my money. This is the first time I commissioned something and I'm regretting it. I don't like bothering people, because I know how art goes, and sometimes I just don't want to art, but if someone paid me, I'd make sure to get it done when I say it would be.....
So what kind of advice do you guys have for me on this issue?

You should note her to see if you can get an estimate of when the piece will be done. If they don't respond or just ignore you, then that's bad. If you used paypal, and selected pay for services, you're covered for 90 days through their protection plan. So if the artist is still not responding, you can file a claim and get you rmoney back.
