Welp, my phone will not boot now. It was working fine yesterday but now my phone (A Droid X running Gingerbread) has had issues the past few months where it would look up, but a power cycle and reboot solved the issue. On my last attempt now its getting to the manufacturer's logo, a red Motorola M screen and then it locks up; it will not continue with the boot process.
How is this an issue? Well for one it is my alarm clock and primary method of communications as I have no land-line and it also has my battle.net authenticator as well.
I might have to bite the bullet and get myself a newer phone and lose my unlimited data. Unless I can trackdown a phone I can activate on Verizon's network.
EDIT: Just as I finished writing this journal, the phone suddenly booted up properly. I'm not certain if its just trolling me or something else. I'm guessing some part of the OS must be corrupted in some fashion. In anycase, going back to bed to try and sleep.
