So I ended up in suit very spontaneously today and I am so so glad I did. I can't believe I almost didn't even bring my suit!!

So a ice skating event was planned earlier today and it was kind of a mess but we all just wanted to hang with friends. We ended up going to a park to skate on their rink/river/ice/whatever you want to call it. When we got there, skating wasn't being that exciting. SO, we grabbed our suits and made it an adventure. The weather was fantastic, the park was beautiful, so why not??

First, rebelpup and I went to ask the front desk if it was okay, just to be safe. They were ALL for it, and when we changed and walked back in they came running, literally running, from the back to get pictures. As we made our way back to the park we got swarmed with kids, and it didn't stop!! It was so great to play with so many people. Everyone really enjoyed it and the other people visiting the park really enjoyed us being there.

We walked around, climbed some trees, conquered some rocks, and enjoyed the views from the tops of hills. Some cat may have fallen in the snow, only to be later pelted by her fellow furries >.> but for once I didn't care that I was getting wet and muddy. I was exhausted and having a blast!! The weather really was perfect and seeing everyone laugh and smile just makes you happy.

Both Rebel and I agreed we'd totally go back to that park, climb around when it isn't so muddy (not that that really stopped us). Now I'm all refreshed and ready for the work week. Thanks friends for making this day possible!!
