Yep. Tickets don't get responded to hardly at all anymore. It took my pet I think about 8 months to get a response on one she filed. I filed one back in the middle of January and it hasn't been responded to yet either.

If it was Feb 24 this year, then yeah that's normal. If you filed it Feb 24 last year or the year before that then yeah, that's pretty normal too.

I filed one back in december. They eventually got around to it... a few days ago.

Apparently there is a giant backlog of tickets due to having so few people to handle them over the past year or two. I'm pretty sure all of the moderator / admin positions are volunteer only, so then take that into account. Not much you can do but wait, I guess. Hopefully they'll get caught up someday and respond in a moderately timely manner.

You block them and move on, don't file a ticket.

still, ignore it, don't comment back. It cant turn into an arguement if theres nothing to reply to, there isn't a global block and if that is the case what do you expect them to do, ban the other guy just because you two don't get along?
