STEVEN UNIVERSE!!! (+ Fluttershy progress!) ♥(✪ヮ✪)

OH MY GOODNESS!!! Steven Universe this week!! Aaaaaahhhh!!!! I don't want to spoil anything for anyone, but GOSH, this is probably my favorite show on TV right now!! So many feels!! (≧◡≦)
Also, the new My Little Pony season starts in April, the same week as FWA!! I'm really excited! (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧
Progress on Fluttershy's a little bit slow at the moment, since I just started a new job, but I've got almost all the materials together for her and I'm tacking down the right fur now!
I ordered lots of samples and decided on a seal-type fur, but the yellow I need is hard to come by in short pile furs. I found one in the US that's a bit close, but the texture was very rough and the fibers seemed badly alligned, and the one I like best is only available from Japan for a hefty price tag so I may need to compromise... （;¬＿¬)
*shrug* I'll make it work! I'll hopefully post more progress photos soon! ♥
Aaaahhh, I'm really tempted to make a suit of Steven's Lion or Cookie Cat now!! ♥ (adds to ever-growing list)
Also, I've tacked down my fursona! Her name is Cherry and she's a red panda, and I can't stop collecting art of her! :)
I'm thinking about making a separate FA account for her since I've seen people do that before, but I'm not sure about the policies for reuploading art, so for now I'm keeping it in a flickr album. Come check her out! ♥ (✿◠u◠)

Hopefully I'll make/commission a suit of her soon as well, but I want to practice a bit first on other projects to be sure I'm confident in my skill first. Hopefully someday, though! ♥

Gosh, all those twists!! My heart! I can't possibly think what they're gonna do to top this, and this is still only the first season! (ღ✪ｖ✪)｡
It's gonna be so hard to wait for new episodes after this! I really hope they start making Steven Bombs a regular thing! (though I don't think my heart could take it! ♥)
Haha, since I live near Atlanta, sort of near the Cartoon Network headquarters here, I'm half-tempted to go in there and be like "Give me more..." ლ(✪◡✪ლ)
Like, I've not been so excited to go home and watch a tv show since I started watching Game of Thrones! I live in Athens, so I'm not that far from CN's HQ. It'll be like the Walking Dead. I'd stand at their doors and claw at them while groaning "Steeeeveeeeen." X3
