Do you Love Lugia now? >:D
I was literally jaw dropped when I saw this. I love me my plushies but this is probably the most absurd plushie price that I've ever seen lol. It's basically the ultimate plushie for any EXTREME Lugia fan.
It stands almost 3 feet tall and 47 inches from from head to tail. It came out when the second pokemon movie debut in 1999.
So how much did it cost then? 125$USD...
Sure wish you could go back in time and make that investment huh? 300$ for shipping alone. HAH
I'm only watching this because of my morbid curiosity to see just how high people are willing to pay for it xD
What do you guys think? If you had up to 4 grand to bet on this, would you? lol XD

But hey, that's the price people are willing to pay for the official stuff. Dedicated fans man x.x;;

I just wish I could've picked it up back then as a gift. I think an investment with a 21.97% interest rate over a 16 year period has pretty good odds ;D. (Thank you finance class!)

As far as pokemon plushies are concerned, I might throw down a grand (if I had that much to spend) on, say, an oversized comically rotund lapras or something similar.
Honestly I'd be more willing to pay for a plushie crafter to custom make me a plushie if I were to pay that much for a plush. This really strikes me as a more of a collector's item.
Spending that money on a kick ass custom plush that's double it's size would probably be bought with that much money lol. Certainly is a collectors item. Officially licensed products are worth that much to people xD
