Looking for suggestions on good people to commission for partial fursuits. I do have a limited budget to work with, but I want quality work done that won't fall apart if I'm romping around in it with my friends. Say if I go to the park or the wood and climb on or jump from things, it won't just tear or fall apart from movement.

Specifically I am interested in a couple commissions:
~Bear arms for my fiancé. Yes for a cheesy joke.
~Paws/arms/tail/head for myself. For personal use.

We'll probably get the bear arms first since we're trying to save most of our money for our wedding coming up in July. But it'll still be good to have some suittailors in mind for when I'm able to get around to getting mine done.
