.anything regarding the above information would have to be filed By the artist who owns the creative copyright of the image itself and then prove that the image was created and posted before the site changed hands. If it is posted after the site changes hands the artist without knowing technically agreed automatically to the new contract because they posted to the site. The problem even for them is neer saying the site officially documented and paid for had changed hands in January. So any of us posting anything between January first and the announcement date unintentionally agreed to an unknown tos.
The best Thing to do if your worried about them using your material is finding another hosting site and either purchasing the copyright to the image you commission or see if the artist will agree to you paying a small additional fee to not post the artwork on this site. But make sure to notify the artist before commissioning them because technically this would be taking business away from them by not giving them exposure.
