4.1 - When you upload content to Fur Affinity via our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable right and license to use, host, store, cache, reproduce, publish, display (publicly or otherwise), perform (publicly or otherwise), distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, and create derivative works of, that content. These permissions are purely for the limited purposes of allowing us to provide our services in accordance with their functionality (hosting and display), improve them, and develop new services. These permissions do not transfer the rights of your content or allow us to create any deviations of that content outside the aforementioned purposes.
~Furaffinity.new Terms of Service
Now legally, since IMVU Owns the site, this MAY transfer over to IMVU. But at the same time, they said that FA will still run independently with their funding. So idk if it does. However consider this. This has been a factor since you joined FA that your art may be shared elsewhere, however if IMVU uses your content, it is still limited for only the purpose aformentioned. Nobody is going to make money off of your work but you.
Even IF they had something in the Terms of purchase that causes you to surrender rights to them. Considering this paperwork is under NDA, how would you know? Nobody knows! Except for the FA administration who stresses that that is a rumor. Whether or not you trust
Dragoneer, If nothing about these copyright changes has been displayed in writing, then it doesn't apply. Just keep an eye out for ToS changes. Until then, It's business as usual.
So in conclusion, I wouldn't worry. Just keep your eyes pealed if you must be concerned about the copyright aspect.

THANK YOU FOR THIS. People are getting all up in a tizzy but this was really my only real concern. Hearing this makes me feel a lot better. (But admittedly I have been so apathetic regarding this that I hadn't bothered to look.)
