This post is to henceforth give due notice and regard to the proprietor known as IMVU. Any material on my page including but not limited to artwork, stories, journals, and all other intellectual material is under copyright to myself, and to the original creators if any. Any material posted onto the FurAffinity website prior to 19 March 2015 is protected by the original ToS agreement to use of this site and no material will be redistributed or used without my legal authorization, and that of the original creator if any. At any time the new owners of this website alter the original ToS agreement to meet their own cooperate goals the material preexisting to the acquisition will not be used in any IMVU based sites or programs without the mine and the original creator's legal authorization.
In the event any of my intellectual copyrighted material is redistributed on any source outside of FurAffinity you will be in clear violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and will be ordered to remove it from any source outside of FurAffinity or face legal charges of copyright infringement.
(Side note, this was copied from
ToxicPup's journal and was slightly modify by me to also give any original creators (aka the artists) copyrights too. ToxicPup who I found also copied this from 
raynethehybrid with permission to copy and redistribute it, has given permission for anyone to use this on their profile as so am I for this edited version)

FA TOS 2.2 - We may ask you to review and explicitly agree to a revised version of these terms. In this case, any modifications will be effective at the time of your agreement. If you do not agree, then you are not permitted to use our services and must discontinue using them immediately. In circumstances where you are not asked to explicitly agree, but are instead notified as stated above via site announcement, then the modifications will become effective fourteen (14) days after being announced.
Though this TOS is mainly pointing to IMVU since now they own this site, though they haven't updated any part of the TOS so FA is the site who has access to content and can use it on this site not IMVU's site
And as far as anything of yours showing up on IMVU's site, again, thats them not taking accountability for its own users. They wont take it themselves, but they wont stop their own community members from doing so, and just hide behind the "file a DMCA complaint" defense to get away with it. Kinda a tricky thing to do if your stuff is in the paid members sections of the site from what I've heard. But none of this stuff is new news, they've been stealing art over there for a very long time.
