Well folks, I'm looking into buying a house at maximum, at minimum, I need to move to another apartment. Reason being? Oh I'm paying my $980 a month rent on time, thats just peachy. No, I'm getting my ass kicked out because my complex was purchased by a management company that has a long record of Gentrification. Not familiar with that word? It means taking a poor or middle class neighborhood and richy-riching it up. So, they're gonna kick everyone out, remodel the apartments with slightly nicer counter tops and cabinets, fresh coat of paint, new light fixtures and BAM, lets ask 1175 a month instead, oh, and we're not going to include cable, or water sewer and garbage. Oh, and were also not going to allow anything less than a 12 month lease. Oh, and if you break lease, its a $1450 penalty plus you lose your deposit.

Fuckers.

So, because of this, I'm gonna cut some luxury expenses, namely spending 50 here and 60 there on commissions of porn and what not of my characters.

Not sure how long I'll be commish dry, but hey, gotta do what I gotta do.
