Talk about counting my blessings, I lost all three of my good dragon counters in the E4, leaving me with only Tauros, Magmar and Golem to challenge Lance with. Tauros was taken out by Gyarados' crithacks and Magmar, who made the most valiant effort to finish Gyarados off, was also slain. That left only Jura the Golem. "That's it", I thought, because there's no way a Golem could stand a 4x effective Waterfall from a Gyarados, right? Well, it just so happened that luck was on our side. Golem, after one hit, was left with a mere 8/150HP and managed to finish off - not only Gyarados - but the WHOLE of Lance's team in swift one-hit KO's from Stone Edge.
I didn't win this Nuzlocke, Golem did.
