Leaving soon!
10 years ago
I'm leaving for a trip on Tuesday to see my family. Unfortunately, it is probably the last time I will see my father, and I am quite distressed about it. It will, at least, be the last time that he's... 'all there', so to speak. =/ For those unaware, my dad was diagnosed with a stage IV glioblastoma in December '13, which is a terminal cancer. It sucks. Everything about it sucks. Unfortunately, it's now recurring and beginning the inevitable.
Thanks to you guys and your awesome generosity with buying these scooties, I've earned enough money to treat my mom to a spa day while I'm out there! She totally deserves it, taking care of dad and working full time at the same time! Thank you guys so much. ;;
I'm not longer open for these, or anything else, until I return next Wednesday!
Again, thank you guys so much for your support and interest in these. ;;

my mom is a cancer survivor, and my dad almost died a few months ago; you have my sympathy and understanding *offers hugs*
One of our family friends had their life cut short by cancer (a survivor, but took a number of years off her life) and she past away some several years ago. It was saddening, but always remember the good. :) I truly do wish upon the best for you father, too. Whenever the inevitable occurs, that it is without trouble and pain. But overall, that everything is positive.
As for treating your mom to the spa day, I hope you two have fun with that :D Sounds relaxing.
And good luck :)
Gonna have to get two of them, one of Tresh-kitty and one of Raziel.
I'll send you a note.
