Question, have you tried a web-based IRC chat room? If you want to test out, try https://www.mibbit.com/ . If it doesn't work, there's a Chat site that is less resource-intensive, and can still be used on mobile, which is Chatzy: http://www.chatzy.com/m

Give those two sites a try and please tell me if they work. If one or both work, let me know. I'll make sure to create either a channel on the IRC one, or a new chat room on Chatzy. ^w^

seems like mibbit works and the other i need to sign up and having a little problem with new emails showing up DX but on the upside my laptop is getting looked at by a family member who is a wiz at computers
