Well, this day began shitty...
Who will save me from low doorposts? Let's start one and a half weeks ago... my heart all of a sudden began beating irregularly. Last friday I got what was caller a Holter monitor, basically a crude handheld ECG recorder, that I could use when my heart started beating odd again. I had a couple of successful recordings and a handful that were close, but didn't register the oddness very well.
Moving on...
This morning started reasonably, despite having some stomach problems. But at work, things started to become awkward.
First of, I had very little energy, and the energy I had was running out FAST. Like a shorted out battery fast. I walked slower and slower, until I had finished my order, then got to the next one.
I didn't get to finish that one. Suddenly my body stopped, slumped forwards, make me sit on my knee, then just topple over. I managed to yell a co-workers name twice, then I couldn't speak anymore. Man down.
Things got a bit hectic after that. Company aids rushed to me, rolled me on my side while I was just staring at the ceiling. An ambulance was called, people were calling my name, asking me how I was doing. But I couldn't talk, not even grunt.
Sigh... the ambulance was there in 10 minutes. They did a checkup on me while I was slowly getting back to the land of the living. Of course they didn't find anything. They contacted my doctor, a team leader from the mother company, who had just arrived, brought me to the doctor's office.
So now I have a referral letter for the cardiologist in the hospital.
Oh boy...
[Edit] I have an appointment with a cardiologist on April 13th... Long time is long.
