1) What was your FIRST video game console?

The Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES for short). I love the controllers on it.

2) Name a few games you played on said console.

Killer Instinct, Donkey Kong (can't remember which one it was), Super Mario Kart, Super Mario Bros. 3, Mario is Missing!, and Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past.

3) Excluding handhelds, how many VG consoles do you own presently?

I currently own 5, the Gamecube, PS2, PS1 (still have it), Nintendo 64, and the SNES.

4) Were you a Street Fighter nut? Any character in particular?

No, I never was much of a fan of fighting games.

5) Do you think Capcom is a FUCKING awesome company with ''creating characters that looks so good you forget to focus on the game?''

I would definitely say so, especially since the Resident Evil series comes to mind.


6) Here's the scenario.. You had some friends over and you all ate FRIED CHICKEN! After the meal you all decide to play some video games. As your friend reaches for a controller you notice his/her hands are very "greasy." Are you the type that would insist they wash their hands before pawing the controller, or is it no big deal?

Oh hell YES! Grease stays on a controller and it makes it all gross.

7) What's your favorite RPG/Action RPG? I will allow a second and third fave if you insist.

It's tough because the two series that I love have been and still are staples of my gaming experiences. In the end though, I would say Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is my top favorite.

8) Do you prefer 2D games or 3D games?

Graphics don't really matter, as long as gameplay controls aren't farked up and the game is fun in general

Nope

I actually have never played it, believe it or not.

No, I'm not a game addict.

I do at times, but it really depends on the game it's from.

Nah, cosplay isn't my thing.

Nope, because I rarely ever played a fighting game at an arcade. I was always a fan of the shooters.

15) Name three games you would love to see remakes of if it was done properly.

I would love to see Killer Instinct remade correctly. 007: Golden Eye would be pretty sweet too with modern day graphics. FF XIII would be awesome to see updated.

16) Mario or Sonic?

Sorry, but I have to stick with the red hat-wearing plumber on this one. Sonic's only good for throwing at children.

17) When a movie shows up in the theaters, let's use Spider-Man as an example, are you likely to buy the GAME version?

Hell no. Games based on movies are notorious for sucking balls, and they hold true to their reputation!

18) What is your LEAST favorite genre of video games? (ex. fighting, sports, shooters, etc.)

Sports above all. I just really don't enjoy those at all. The only exceptions are the Mario sports games, except Soccer because that game sucked balls.

19) Is there a game out there that you feel was unique and didn't get enough love?

I wasn't too knowledgeable about the gaming scene way back when, but I get the inkling that Killer Instinct just didn't get the attention it deserved.

Several times, but I can't think of any in particular.

22) What are your thoughts on the live-action Super Mario Bros movie?

Okay, when I was young and stupid, i thought it was okay. But now that I have some sense, I think it was an atrocity that should never have seen the light of day.

23) On that note, what did you think about the live-action Street Fighter movie?

Just as bad as the Super Mario Bros. movie.

Never played it.

Not really.

Once, it was my FF VII Disc 3. NEVER AGAIN.

Can't say that I do.

Ummm. I dunno.

Oooh, I know exactly what I'd get. I'd get a tattoo of the Anima summon from Final Fantasy X on my back. It would be an image of it straining against its bonds with a tear of blood trickling from its eye.

30) Have you ever cried after you beat a game? If so why?

I think this only happened once, but I seriously can't remember which game it was. I think it was either Final Fantasy X or X-2, but like I said, I can't remember. The reason would be because it was moving in a sad way.
