Okay, so I figured I'd just start writing journals just because...I don't really have anything better to do.

So I've been asked a few times: "Why Foxxpaw, it's kind of like saying human-hand..."

First off, yeah...I know, I couldn't think of anything that wasn't taken on FN when I finally decided to register...after lurking around for almost five years. I got the name due to species and just because I think paws are damn cute~ (Yeah, cute...not hot or murry, just adorable).

As to how I got fox? Well...it fits, just about every way. I was that kid in school that would always cause trouble...quietly. So my class mates called me "that fox-boy." Used to hate the tag, especially after it started drawing a lot of unwanted attention towards me, but later it just seemed to fit so nicely. Yeah, I was that trouble maker that would plan out everything, then wait patiently to execute some sort of prank. Rarely got caught but pretty much everything that went wrong got blamed on me. Which was usually accurate. Besides that though, I may have sullied our reputation somewhat on other forums a while ago...I'm sure multiple furs out there have come across my name in other forums, all of them taken down now.

Basically, as far as I'm concerned, I've been compared to a fox since the age of seven or eight. Everything else just seemed to fall into place and the species simply stuck. Do I think another species would fit me better? Nah. Hell, when you actually see yourself as your sona, that's when you know you're stuck for good. Yeah, I'll look in the mirror and occasionally see my reflection as my sona :s STILL not used to it, but neat nonetheless.
