I'm having to learn this too XP At work we're starting to be pushed to finish everything as quickly as possible, and I'm kinda specifically being told to lower my super-quality standards to just do what's necessary, particularly by minimizing in-betweens/turning slow actions into quicker ones. It really does ease the workload a ton, though.
