Ok everyone I have been waiting to update everyone on the fursuit. Ruger the Gshep suit has been returned. I carefully looked him and there is no damages and the kid also paid me bach for the shipping. Because I got the suit back and I have been paid for the shipping, im no longer presuing the person or his parents in court. Im dropping all charges.
And before yall all say I should take him to court anyway. I know all the avenues to which I could have brought charges aginst him or his parents. I could have cost him a lot more money than just the price of the suit and put a permanent mark on his recored. But because I got the suit back and refunded for my costs. I can, and will forgive him and drop all charges.
To be honest this has all been a big pain in the ass and a huge waste of time. And now that I have the suit back im not going to waste any more time on it.

I want to THANK EVERYONE for getting the word out. You all were a great and powerful force that more than helped me with this case. Please spread the word that the suit is no longer blacklisted. It is back in my possession.
