A general drawing for a character will be at least $15 c:
But if you want things like backgrounds (Which I'm terrible at) that might have to be a bit extra, plus things like extra characters and shading, whatever!! and less if you just want it to be b/w or a sketch or something, i should make an ad for this stuff, this is messy.
But note me, and we'll discuss prices.
