📢 Emergency! My Mum is trying to get rid of my dog.

★✰Tip Jar✰★ I know i've been very silent on here for a long while. but this recent events requires me to get back online and try to earn some money.
TL;DR - I moved out of my home and my Mum's selling off my dog, I said I would buy her but don't have the money. Need 350
A couple months ago I officially moved out of my house, just yesterday I finished getting all my furniture from my old house, and tonight my mum phones me and tells me that she's selling my dog, Bella, to her work friend who lives 2 cities away. I'm heartbroken and panicking, the reason I didn't take Bella with me when I moved out was because I wasn't allowed to, my mum told me "Bella is a family dog now, she's used to it here" which I can respect, I don't want her to feel too stressed during a big move, especially cause the place I'm in now has 2 large dogs as well, they're friendly, but loud. I just got confirmation from my current household that Bella could live here now, but my mum insists on selling her and not just giving her away, I guess "family dog" means fuck all if there's money involved... I told my mum without, hesitation, that I have the money and I'll buy her, but the truth is I don't have nearly enough, I only have about 21 dollars, and mums asking for 350.. Ugh, I need help, I'll take commissions, I'll sell my characters, I just need help getting my baby back. She's so loyal, she such a good dog, she doesn't deserve to be sold or given to somebody she's only met once.
I'm sorry to reemerge so suddenly and dramatically, but I didn't know what else to do. I'm not sure when I need the money by, I didn't tell my mother a specific date, but I could really use help. My mother is an evil person who only cares about money and legally, Bella is hers, so I have no way to take her other than giving her what she wants, please help.
Bella is a 2 year old Shih Tzu, I raised her, she's my family, I need her and right now, she needs me.
