Fresh furries on the comeback!

Hey my furry friends, I had made an announcement a few weeks ago, and I apologize for the lack of a journal sooner. Work has been full throttle lately and I finally got a break.
That said, here it comes for the rest of you.
Fresh Entertainment (An event company specializing in EDM festivals) is throwing Fresh Anniversary again. Last time the event had around 15,000 people in attendance. A while back, they had a group of fursuiters show up and interact with the crowd. The response was massively positive and we were well taken care of for the duration of the event.
They want it to happen again.
This time, they want furries on stage and roaming interacting, but with even more marketing. So if you like to perform in front of crowds, now is your chance.
What's the catch? Well they want furries to promote an event May 2nd (location TBD) for the event ahead of time. This is will be a requirement to attend the main event (which will be free for you. Their own promoters have to work much harder for such perks).
So if you are interested in joining, I need your fursona name, a recent picture of your fursuit, and a heads up on if you'd feel comfortable dicking around on a stage with over 5000 people watching.
Again, our own closed off space, water, and attendants will be provided by the company. They made good on their offer last time, I know they will be great to us again this time.

So the promo location will be in San Bernadino. I know this is far, but the company has already said that if we get eight fursuiters going, they wiil
comp gas and potentially shuttle us. If anyone is willing to act as a shuttle as well, let me know and we'll figure out how much gas money you will need. The main event will be held at the Pico Rivera sports arena.

The location for the promotional event will be the National Orange Show grounds in San Bernadino. From there we'll be meeting up at one of the main dirt parking lots. We will be arriving at midnight and staying for a few hours. The first hour is just a buffer for coordination.
Now as for the main event. I must apologize as I was mistaken as to which one it was. It is not Fresh Anniversary, but something even better. For those of you who love hardstyle, this is your night.

The event is hardstyle arena. All perks remain the same. Huge event, private area, stage time etc etc.
The date on this bad boy is May 9th, so you'll be back and rested in time for BLFC.
As a bonus, Fresh is making 'Fresh Furries' T-Shirts for all of us to wear for the promo and the event.
Now, I need a final headcount for who is going. Please only RSVP if you can make it. Again, carpoolers will get a gas comp.

Can you clarify on the time if it's Midnight, 12:00am Saturday, May 9th meaning the Friday night leading into Satursay or Saturday night leading into 12:00am Sunday?
As for the location, is it the National Orange Show Events Center or the Pico Rivera Sports Arena? Cause the two locations are kind of far apart.
I can drive myself but can offer carpools for those en-route to either of those locations.

Anyway I live in Corona, so it wouldn't be that fare for me. The only problem is the
date and time. I work third shift this week Tue,Wed,Thr but should be free Fri night through
Mon evening next week. But after that I need to be getting ready for BLFC.
