Has anyone here live-streamed through Youtube? Do you recommend it? If not, who do you recommend as a host?
edit: I'll be streaming physical art via a webcam (not screen capture). This would be a monthly thing so I'd prefer free because I just wouldn't be using it enough to justify $15 per stream session :p

i think picarto tv is 1 of the more popular ones....
But without a subscription, you are limited to ten viewers at a given time. They do have a trial subscription for you to use though. c:
For just using a webcam to record art it isn't a bad way to go, plus if you want people to go back and watch then it is already uploaded too.
There are a few bugs atm with the site, should be fixed by the end of the week though.
The service is free and starts with audio(Music/mic), no watcher cap, and a "no need to log in" chat.
So, in other words, you get everything you need for a comfortable stream experience for free for everyone.
The premium services are just for customization, and other snazzy things to look nice.
I don't recommend Join.Me for your line of work
since it has a watcher limit, and no Audio capabilities.
Looks like picarto is a favorite!
