Please keep in mind this is NOT something I am required to do!
I can and will blacklist you from raffles of you break these rules,
I want to keep everything fair for everyone but please don't push my hand.
If ever needed, I WILL Close this account and stop doing raffles and freebies.
Please read the following information carefully.

What are raffles for?
The raffles on this page are my way of giving back to the community.
Raffles will either be based on a set schedule, or be designs i do not feel comfortable selling, and as thus am raffling them, or for special occasions.
I will only host multiple raffles at once during times like Christmas, Halloween, ect..
Otherwise it will be one raffle at a time, randomly done.
Most Raffles will be done on the Free Chibi Base Base by :Ere-Yandaralink:.
In my opinion, Free art design? Use a free base.
*Holiday or other special raffles not held for the usual mark up MAY be done on other bases either purchased or free*
Raffles will be held at specific increments based on page views, listed as followed.
Once crossed out they have been reached and posted.

*I hold the right to change the consistency of the raffles,
be it closer or farther apart,
it is at my discretion.*
