DROP EVERYTHING MOTHERFUCKERS
Gonna be studying media arts and animation.
Should be a good time.
Only God knows what Hell I will unleash with such knowledge. With such power.
EDIT: Going to hold onto my money for the time being. Also, turns out that AI is a for-profit shithole. Siroc will not be swindled.

Good luck!
It's the Art Institute of San Antonio. I've read mixed things about it, but it seems like the best choice for my area (I can't exactly up and move to California or New York, for example).
I just want to know I'm not fucking myself in the ass with the education/curriculum, however.
I would suggest CalArts or VanArts, but neither are remotely close to San Antonio, but I won't stop you. Especially if you've secured yourself that you won't end up tens of thousands of dollars in debt and want to learn with fellow art peers.
I think I'll hold on to my money for the time being. To Hell with being swindled.
Heck, I just recently signed this petition http://petitions.moveon.org/sign/art-institutes-sued-for.fb51?source=s.fb&r_by=12983786
Yeah, I sort of jumped the gun as I only recently got back to San Antonio, and they were the first place to contact me, so I figured "what the Hell" and drove to check them out today. That was before I went home and started googling reviews on the place.
I've been warning people about AI ever since.
I just looked up AI's enrollment agreement form, and I CAN cancel my enrollment within 5 days of signing it (which I signed today).
The lady was so nice too!
...probably all part of their plan.
Shit like AI's a fucking epidemic and likely a large reason why the economy's so horrible these days, especially with no legal way to file for bankruptcy.
Save yourself, don't befall upon my fate D:
Up side if enough 2D animators pool together and make movies, maybe, just maybe one of us will hit the jackpot and bring the art back. Kind of like Westerns, not a huge one but it's slowly coming back.
