Adoptable Character Resells Part 2 - Buy / Offer / Trade

My previous way of listing things looked very organised but it was kind of awkward to do so I'm just going to maintain a folder on my drive instead and add or remove adoptables as they sell.
So what are you looking at here exactly? Everything within the available folder represents a character I haven't used for a while and therefore I doubt that I'm a good home for. My favourite adoptions inspired me within days or even hours so if I haven't grown attached to them after many months then it seems to me that somebody else ought to enjoy them instead.
Some of them I'm not sure about selling but if your offer is good and I think you'd be a wonderful home for them then I might let them go. So just be warned about that. Most of them are certainly for sale but the odd few may not be a sure thing. I might just ask you to tell me what you'd do with them before deciding.
I want to emphasise that I really am open to offers, I know a few are quite expensive. I'm quite likely to consider an offer if I think you'd be a nice home!

A few characters have extra art which is uploaded with the same price tag but comes as a package for that price.
Each listed price is the amount I paid for them and not a concrete amount I will accept. You may offer any amount up to that maximum price you like but please be respectful if I decline an offer. I may also accept trades for art or other adoptables. All offers are seriously considered. If you think a price is too high then I might agree with you and accept less.
To buy, comment in this journal with the name of the character and what you'd like to offer. A note is also fine! Please don't comment in any ad images I've uploaded as they will likely be deleted later.
Once a character is yours I will move them to the sold characters folder and change the title to your username. You can download the art from this folder at any time in future. The art you find in both of these folders is the highest resolution available.
Please take note of one last thing. I would like these characters to find good homes and I'm concerned about what happens to them after they leave my care. If at any point in future you also decide to resell them, please let me know. I might buy them back from you for the price you paid or more if there is extra art. If you have a buyer already then you can let me know anyway. I'll change the name of the owner and you can direct them to download the art from my folder if you like.

I'm having second thoughts after that terrible second look at something that usually leads you to spend money.
I've been selling her not too long, but no one has been interested. Is this something you'd like to do then?

Seeing as they both are from the same artist, do we inform her of the new owners or how does that work via her rules?
Once bought, would the buyer be allowed to make minimal design tweaks over time if deemed necessary (not on a whim), and is it acceptable to include them in a project that may become commercial?
I ask this because I really don't care so much about art or eye candy, but rather I care GREATLY about the design, personality, and story the character has. To put it another way. The character is like a real person to me, not a pretty picture or a sex object, I imagine them as if they have their own feelings and life to tell through their story.
I know that probably sounds very odd, and for all I know it might be. But that's how I am, for I'm a very creative and imaginative person.
Personally, I believe it's your right to make changes to the design as characters can evolve over time with their story and I'm certain that won't be a problem. As for commercial use, I actually don't know what the legal reality of that would be. None of them were purchased with a TOS specifically prohibiting that and as far as I'm concerned once I buy them they're mine to do with as I want but honestly I don't know what issues there could be. You would probably have to speak to the artist at a later time and ensure there would be no problems.
