What happened last night

So I had a pretty okay day yesterday until my mum got home
No she didn't do anything! She's been awesome!
She had gotten home 20 minutes earlier than she usually does and our dog Meia was super excited, like it too a little bit to calm her down haha
But around 11:30pm something happened.
One moment she was sleeping on the couch next to my mum while mum watched a movie and ate popcorn, and the next she tried jumping off of the couch and fell. Like couldn't get up afterwards falling. She sat up a little and wouldn't move her back legs, and her eyes had a misty look in them, like she was in a lot of pain.
She didn't break anything thankfully, but the story doesn't get better.
Afterwards mum was able to get Meia to stand and Meia tried walking to the back door and her legs practically gave out on her.. Mum and I were even more worried and went over next to her and almost immediately she released her bowels (thankfully not both of them, only 2// easier to clean) and then sat next to the door and proceeded to puke what she had eaten for the time since mum came home.
She started drooling like crazy and tilted her head, was very wobbly, and couldn't use her back legs at all. She stayed right there for almost two hours. Drooling, puking twice more, and eyes twitching.
We are very positive she had a stroke.
Vet wouldn't help us when we called him, because we didn't have the extra $30 at that moment. We gave up on him and started looking on the computer to see what we could do to help Meia.
Eventually we got her onto a puppy padded blanket and covers and tried keeping her warm. She slowly feel asleep that way.
She is almost completely fine today and has been doing really well all day.
I stand home from school to make sure she'd been fine and thankfully she is doing great. Eating really well, she went potty today, no puking or accidents. She wobble legs for a second when I took her for her first walk of the day, but nothing else has happened.
I just wanted people to know one of the reasons why I'v been upset and such

Poor girl! That does sound sort of like a stroke or a seizure, but I'm glad she seems to have perked up a bit. Hopefully the vet can see her soon to make sure everything's ok! Get well soon Mela!

Oh my goodness! I'm so sorry to hear that! My mother's pomchi ( previously mine due to moving) experienced something similar. She would vomit and become very shaky, her eyes glazed over and she was very wobbly and couldn't hardly walk. We comforted her as much as possible until she fell asleep as well. It was very terrifying, however the next day, she was right as rain. Completely unphased. It was so mindblowing but we havent had an incident since. I hope she remains okay! ):
