A question about my art

So most (all) of the drawing I've been doing recently has been of anime characters, and not so much anything anthro. My question is, should I post it here? I want my friends that are only here to be able to see it, but it feels awkward to post non-furry stuff on a furry site.

Seriously though, I need more furry friends irl... I have 1/2 a friend total right now, and in saying that I mean he's the only person who knows about it and actually understands (that isn't living in the same house as me). He isn't a furry, but he gets the idea.
And yeah, I haven't had any rl furry friends either. Between living way out in the sticks and being very shy in person it just never worked out.
At this point, I'm resigned to wait for college and find some people in whatever city I end up in (or even better, go to a con in that city).
Although we do have the world's largest hot air balloon festival. Which is totally awesome. Put it on your bucket list!
