Want an animated avatar, help please?

So I have had this avatar for quite a while. I really do like things about it, like how my face looks in it, but I have wanted something better for the longest time. I really wanted to get an avatar that is animated. I had an idea of one for a while...one that shows I have a little bounce in my step, if you know what I mean.
I have tried to find an artist that does animated avatars, but I have only found one, and they don't seem to be responding to notes. does anyone know of an artist I can get a slightly naughty animated avatar made up for me?

Just consider that it still has to be safe, as FA doesn't allow explicit avatars.

Yeah, its not going to have any nudity, just some suggestive boob bouncing. If people can get away with butt wiggling avatars I assume some jiggle is okay as long as its covered up.
