So Paypal is passing a new policy as of July 1st of this year. In this new policy it states that any artwork, trademarked or not, if you pay via PayPal they own the piece and are free to use it was they wish. Even though you bought it or created it (depending on the situation) PayPal will own it and can even take it away from you if they wish. "When providing us with content or posting content (in each case for publication, whether on dash or off-line) using the Services, you grant the PayPal group a non-exclusive, world wide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, suvlicensable (for multiple tiers) right to exercise any and all copy right, publicity, trademarks, database rights and intellectual property rights you have int the content, in any media known now or in the future." They are pretty much taking all of our rights as artist away as of July. I feel like this is a very serious matter for us artists and I figured you guys need to know. I think more people need to know about this before they get screwed out of their art. I am really sad to have found this out....
