I'm working on a short film [MultiVac]
This endeavor is going to be a bit costly but I'm hoping it will open some doors in the job market for me.
I recently picked up a new mic and wires along with a very slick sound FX tookit. One of my coworkers is in a band and I recently filmed it. It's just a static shot but I was great to test the mic that came with the camera. It fared pretty well but ultimately was blown out some sections although it may be salvageable.
Many of the other projects that I have listed prior required a bit of a learning curve. This video will use much of the skills I learned in college and since I'm working more on my terms the quality should be a lot higher.
My sketch book has many ideas and designs which are slowly but nicely being stitched together with the script. I'm very close to getting a storyboard going but I like to work on parts here and there. A nasty head cold put me out of commission for about a week and half which made it hard to get back in the grove.
So far it's just a friend and I working on it. I'll bring in a few people later for script reviews, actors, lighting, and music but that's a little far off.
If you are interested I'm making an adaption of Isaac Asimov's short story "The Machine That Won The War"
Eventually I may have a teaser on my YouTube channel
