having some problems

Give a bunny a cookie, save a life... yours specifically, I have an axe

in short, I have no direction artwise and whenever I start to draw something I hate it or get bored of it
for example I liked how the mousey pic was going, but the line's took away my desire to colour it.
I want to take some time to improve my technique and anatomy but I don't have any direction or idea where to start.
I figure I'll start drawing to reference alot to get better at drawing bodies =P
still, in this way, not a happy bunneh
